1. Created one way of working

Webvillee brought cash management, transactions, accounting, and risk monitoring into a common process. This reduced duplicate work and gave teams more consistent financial data

2. Connected the main financial systems

SAP TRM was connected with SAP Finance, banking interfaces, and market data. This reduced repeated data entry and gave the treasury team more current information.

3. Tested real work before launch

Webvillee tested daily cash reviews, financial transactions, credit checks, accounting entries, and reports. Users were then trained and supported during the launch.
