    A system was developed which kept the track of the inventory in real-time. As soon as a sale is registered, inventory level should automatically be adjusted to depict the reduced quantity.

  • An absence of Online Identity Verification

    Online verification for confirming the customer’s identity is must in the business. This challenge was resolved by taking proper steps. Firstly, all the signs that indicated towards suspicious activities were recognized, like customers are placing the orders of huge quantity, feeding fake phone numbers, e-mail address, zip code or such other necessary information. To validate the identity of the user, a text message or e-mail is sent to the feeded phone number or mail id.

  • Track Order

    An option to track order was inserted to keep the bond intact. With this, the user can keep a check on the process after the order is made. This will include package tracking from packing, getting dispatched, shipping, and delivery. Also, an estimated delivery date is provided by the interface.
